Delaynie Roberts lives in Gainesville, Texas but also covers the Forney area. She has been crafty since she was a young girl, making gifts for girls on her drill team. So, in her senior year of high school, she decided to make her first over-the-shoulder mum. That is where it all began. From then on, she made all of her brother’s garters, and his girlfriend’s mums over his high school years. That is where Sissy’s Loot started, even though the name did not come into play until years later. See, Sissy is what her brother called her and loot for her mean goods, prizes, and hauls, which is where her ribbon and bling hoarding come into play.

Denise Mays has lived in Wylie for 26 years. Some 16 years ago, she began making homecoming mums for her son’s girlfriends when they were in Junior High School. The boy’s friends and moms soon asked if she would make Homecoming Mums for their children….Consequently, “It’s All About Mums” started! The excitement and joy she received from making Homecoming mums have caused her to have a passion for the business, to the point of hoarding anything that glitters.
