Membership Moments w/Tarariffic Mums

All Smiles, that is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Tara O'Donnell of Tarariffic Mums. She has that type of infectious smile that makes you feel better no matter what kind of mood you are in. Tara runs her business out of Spring, Texas and she has been making mums officially for the past 3 years.

Like most moms, Tara started making mums because of her kids. Although her story is quite different than most. Her son Matthew took floral design his sophomore year of high school for his fine arts credit. One of their projects included creating a Homecoming mum. Before she knew it he was showing her the ropes of making a mum and the rest is history.

Once upon a time, Tara was a Project Manager for IT and Accounting departments in the Oil and Gas industry. She later became a stay-at-home mom but before those days she spent her time between PM'ing and mums volunteering for the PTO for 6 years, she even created the intermediate school yearbook. As of right now, Tara makes mums full-time.

Tara has two sons Matthew who is 20 and Michael AKA Mikey who is 16. She and her husband David have been married for over 21 years and they live in Spring, TX right outside of Houston.

If you were to ask Tara, What is her favorite thing about making mums? She would say playing with colors and designs. In her own words, her style is Classic Boutique. Tara's mums have made her quite the mum celebrity as one of the most popular mum makers on Pinterest. She has quite the following. Her photographic creativity has made her Mumfamous to say the least.
